125,000 Sqft New Construction – November 2016 – August 2018 – LEED Silver Certification – 65% of C&D Material Diverted from Landfill. This project we had Hamtramck Recycling sort a handful of the loads, but the rest of the project was managed with on-site separation of construction debris.

300,000 sq ft. New Construction - $261 Million – Spring 2015 to June 2018 – 80% of C&D Material Diverted from Landfill. We provided containers for off-site sorting and on-site sorting services.

University of Michigan Stephen W. Ross School of Business Kresge Renovation and Jeff T. Blau Hall

$135 Million – 104,000 sq ft Addition and 75,000 sq ft Deep Renovation – Spring 2014 to Fall 2016 – LEED Gold Certification – 61% of C&D Material Diverted from landfill. We provided container services and implemented an off-site sorting program for all of the construction debris that was generated on this project.

$30 Million - 37,000 sq ft Addition and 15,000 sq ft Renovation – LEED Gold Certification – 80% of C&D Material Diverted from Landfill. We provided containers for on-site and off-site sorting on this project. Mostly off-site.

$25 Million – 25,000 sq ft Addition and 41,000 sq ft Renovation – LEED Silver. We are providing containers for on-site separation of construction debris.

University of Michigan North Campus Research Complex Buildings 20 and 25 Laboratory Renovation

158,000 sq ft Renovation and 7,000 sq ft. Addition. This is not a LEED project, but we are providing services for on-site and off-site construction debris sorting and recycling. We are also roll off services for all the demolition debris being generated on this project.
